VOTING INTEGRITY AND ELECTION TRANSPARENCY

Advocate for all legally eligible voters by creating voting accountability.  What that means:

• One vote for one voter

• State to State reconciliation - no voting in Federal elections in multiple states

• Mandatory reconciliation of mail-in, absentee, and in-person votes

• Every ballot must be associated with a voter

• Voter verification only for legally eligible citizens of the United States

• State-to-state reconciliation in Federal Elections

• Mandatory criminal penalties and fines for overriding Federal and State Constitutions that are existing legislatively-created law.

MAKE POLITICAL DISCRIMINATION ILLEGAL

Left, right, in between - it doesn't matter.  You should have equal rights.

We believe that that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness

• Continue to protect anybody from discrimination and add protection of political beliefs.

• Prohibit discrimination by media, social platforms, businesses, governments, sports teams, medical providers, employers, and financial institutions.

RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF PRIVACY

We are people who demand privacy from government and from tech companies exploiting our behavior for advertising dollars.

• Laws that protect privacy from tech companies and from the government

• Laws for mobile that prohibit gathering information other than what is needed for an application to operate

• Elimination of surveillance without consent

 

EQUALLY APPLIED LAWS

Apply the same prosecution to government employees as constituents.  Apply the same laws and the same leniency to people of all affiliations and of all color.  Make the justice equal.

• Create laws that prohibit prosecution due to political differences.

• Consider prosecution for the same crime to be considered precedent for conviction or non-conviction.

 

ENFORCE FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Prohibit big tech firms from silencing thought and free exchange of ideas.  Prohibit silencing political beliefs or dissenting beliefs.

TERM LIMITS FOR STATE AND FEDERAL LEGISLATORS

• Create term limits for both Federal and State legislators to two terms.

IMPROVEMENTS BY FREE MARKET PRINCIPLES

• When the free market innovates, the United States becomes globally competitive and solves problems.  Eliminate the ever-increasing and burdensome bureaucracy that stifles innovation and helps individuals and groups solve problems.  Want to reduce carbon?  Let the free market solve the problem, not the government.

OVERHAUL EDUCATION

• Education should equip students for success in today's and tomorrow's world.  Incentivize Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics - an area where the United States is failing miserably.  Stop subsidizing students that live lavish lifestyles off of student loans for degrees that are never completed or that have little value in the job market.  Ensure that athletic and performing arts scholarships also include contingency planning that is academics based.

• Eliminate ethnicity in consideration for college - level the playing field and equally apply opportunity.

HOW WE ACCOMPLISH THIS:

GRASS ROOTS VOLUNTEERS

We are asking for 2 volunteers from each state to champion meetings with their Federal and State Representatives

• Ask for commitment to legislation - sponsorship of State and Federal Bills

• Get commitment from existing lawmakers and candidates - verify whether or not they support our ideas

• Media awareness

• Organization of events - peaceful gatherings to make our voice heard - capitols

• Partner with churches and leverage publicly available parks

• Provide materials to be used for events by participants - Presentations, "Contracts" for candidates and lawmakers

INVOLVE OURSELVES POLITICALLY

• Commit to a term at a school board, city council seat, the State House and Senate elections

• Create volunteer support organizations to assist candidates
